Book Me

Choosing a speaker to meet your group’s needs can be challenging. Heres some info to help you decide. Scroll down for fee schedule info, how to get the most out of the visit, references, bio, testimonials, and example of talk titles/blurbs.

Still undecided? Email me with your phone number and we can chat. I'm pretty friendly.

About My Fees

(Yeah, it's vague, but you'll understand after you read it.)

I reserve the right to adjust fees downward based on:

  • The greatness of the cause

  • The ability of the requestor to find funding

  • The opportunity to reach key players with the power to make a difference

  • The state of my mental health (or lack thereof) at the time.

Get the Most for Your Money!

  • In general, my fees are time-based plus travel. I’m located in Chester, Virginia and fly in and out of Richmond International Airport. I request that you book the airline tickets if they are required, but I prefer to drive if the distance is under 5-6 hours away.

  • There is no charge per presentation. Once you have me at your location, I will do whatever I can to be helpful. I am a morning person with way too much energy for my own good. So keep me busy and out of trouble. If you don’t need extra lectures, just park me in a corner with a power supply. I’m low-maintenance.

  • If the presentation is for athletics, please consider having me speak with the coaches as a separate group. That way coaches and athletes have a “shared vocabulary” and understanding. Plus, the coaches are the people with the most power to make change and promote health.

Made it this far and still interested?
